If you've read through our Mission, Vision and Founding Principles and truly believe your business practice aligns, we'd love to hear from you. Here's how it works:
1. Apply
Submit your application here. Once received, it will be reviewed by the Founding Members. Only one agent per Compass market will be accepted. Some larger markets may have multiple agents, but with defined areas to avoid overlap.
Note: You must be signed in to your compass.com google account.
2. Video Submission
If determined as a good fit with no conflicts, you will be invited to submit a 1-2 minute video about yourself, your business, and anything else you'd like to share.
3. Invitation
After final review and acceptance, you will be invited to join the Dream Network.
Membership Details
All members are required to contribute to the cost of running the Dream Network. These costs include the website and updates, outreach, events and more. Members can leverage the Dream Network brand and membership so long as they are in good standing and remain a CØMPASS Agent.
Benefits include:
- Dream Network "Member" status and use of logo for members in good standing
- Member profile on website
- Monthly Zoom call (topics vary by month and presenter)
- Exclusive invitation to a Member-Only gathering at the CØMPASS Retreat each year
- Private WhatsApp channel, Member Directory
- and more...
The current annual membership dues are $1,000.00. New members are required to pay a prorated amount for the first year and the full second year dues upon joining.
